Lost Objects
When managing huge numbers of employees and departments, it can be hard to detect users/computers that were not active for a long duration of time.
Users/Computers are considered lost if no data was received from them (uploaded) for 3 days within the last 10 days by default. This value may be adjusted, you may take into account working days only or count days sequentially.
For lost users, you will be provided with the following information:
- Name of the user.
- Name of the computer where the last activity was logged.
- Date & Time of the latest connection.
- Date & Time of the latest upload.
- The number of working/sequential days for which the user is missing.
For lost computers, you will be provided with the following information:
- Name of the computer.
- Name of the user who made the latest activity on this computer.
- Date & Time of the latest connection.
- Date & Time of the latest upload.
- The number of working/sequential days for which the computer is missing.
