Snapshots

The snapshot report shows you an archive of all snapshots in your organization. It represents a selected day and can be used for quick user activity review.

The top level of snapshots report represents all users with snapshot folders.

Drill down to the second level to see snapshot images. The system takes snapshots every five minutes when a user is active. A snapshot contains a picture, an activity name (either a website or an application), snapshot caption and time.

On both levels, you can click on a selected snapshot image to get access to the screen video.
