How is Controlio licensed?
Controlio licenses apply for concurrent user sessions (users with clients installed). A license is considered to be in use when the user is logged in to a monitored computer, and the Client is connected to the Controlio servers in parallel. Additionally, you may want to learn about freeing & moving subscription licenses.
Note: Dashboard Admins/Managers/Employees are not licensed.
Can I add/remove licenses in the future?
Yes. You may add a license at any time. The license price will be prorated (reduced) to the number of days left in the subscription. If you reduce the number of licenses, no refunds will apply for the already paid period but it will reduce the payment for the next billing period.
Can I stop the subscription at any time?
You may cancel the auto-renew subscription or delete the account instantly. The balance of the subscription that has already been paid will not be refunded.
May I upgrade/downgrade the plan later?
Subscription Plan can be upgraded at any time. Downgrade can be applied from the next billing period only.
Do you store credit card info?
We do not store your financial info. All orders are processed by FastSpring - a PCI compliant platform. Connection is secure, with strong encryption.
