Analyze employees activity patterns to determine when employees are focused on a single task vs when they spend time switching between activities or utilize communication and scheduling tools.

Focus Time

Time periods during which an employee is not multitasking or using collaboration tools

Multitasking Time

Time periods during which an employee switches between at least 3 activities or 5 windows within 1 minute.

Note: The number of activities/windows switches required for time to count into Multitasking may be adjusted.

Communication & Scheduling Time

Time periods during which an employee engages in communication & scheduling tools.

Note: Any application/website listed in the communication & scheduling category will count into Communication & Scheduling time.
